How local claims are researched
Responsibility, permit, utility, and public-infrastructure statements should come from the responsible city, utility, code, or public agency. Contractor and directory pages may reveal questions to investigate, but they are not treated as authority for local rules.
When a local rule cannot be verified, the page should tell the reader what to confirm rather than declare who pays or which permit applies.
How repair guidance is handled
General explanations compare cleaning, camera inspection, spot repair, lining, pipe bursting, and excavation. They do not diagnose a property or replace an inspection by a qualified local provider.
The site does not invent projects, reviews, licenses, offices, crews, or first-party experience. Any future field evidence must have documented provenance and permission before publication.
